Thanks to the spacious communal areas, family life is not only confined to the bedrooms. In the library and lounge, it tends to be quiet but can occasionally get boisterous in the playroom. The large selection of picture books and books to read aloud invites you to linger and there are also various board games to while away the time.

Play

The playroom contains an activity corner with a slide and toys. In another room, older guests can show off their skills at ping pong or table football.

With a playground, the Spuondas estate extends to the adjacent forest. Children have plenty of space to explore, play hide and seek, build huts, sledge and romp around.

Catering

Our guests have access to a refrigerator and microwave day or night. You can prepare a bottle or porridge for your baby or toddler or have a snack at any time. Our younger guests are served first at the table during meals and the menus are adapted to their tastes.

Rooms

There is enough space for a baby or an extra bed in the larger rooms. Baby monitors are also available for use.

Family programme

On request, we organise a varied, supervised activity programme for the whole family once or twice a week from mid-July to mid-August and for two weeks in autumn. We tailor any hikes or full-day excursions to the weather and the age of the children.

Winter holiday with children

The closest sledging slope is right next to the hotel and you can hire sledges from us. If you feel like a walk, there is a winter hiking trail below the house that is suitable for pushchairs. This way – if it gets too cold for your little ones – you can be back at the hotel in a flash. If you would like some information about ski schools in the region, please ask at reception.
